Your phone line, answered
Ziqme Voice answers inbound calls in German and English, books appointments, and files tickets in the helpdesk you already run β over your own carrier or PBX. It is not released yet; join the early-access list and we will tell you when it is.

How a call is meant to go
Where Ziqme Voice stands today
We would rather be straight with you than sell a roadmap. Here is the honest state of it.
In active development
The reception, routing, and ticket-intake behaviour described here is being built now. Nothing on this page can be bought yet.
No carrier announced
Ziqme is not a telephone company. We will name supported carriers and countries only once each one is contractually and technically verified.
No pricing yet
Call pricing depends on carrier tariffs we have not settled. We would rather publish nothing than publish a number we would have to take back.
What Ziqme Voice is being built to do
Answer and understand
Pick up on the first ring, greet in the language set for that number, and work out what the caller actually wants before doing anything.
Route and transfer
Send the call to the right department using your business hours, holidays, and escalation rules β with the context collected so far attached.
File real tickets
Complete your existing ticket template during the conversation and open one ticket under the same rules as web and email.
Book appointments
Check real calendar availability, confirm the slot out loud, and book it exactly once β never twice.
Transcripts and summaries
Every call leaves a transcript, a summary, an outcome, and links to whatever it created.
Your carrier, your number
Connect a new number, forward an existing one, or route through the SIP trunk and PBX you already own.
Phone calls come with obligations
Recording law, consent, and data residency are not afterthoughts β they decide whether you can use this at all.
Consent before processing
Callers are told they are speaking to an AI, and recording follows the mode you choose: off, notice, or explicit consent.
EU data residency
Where residency is required it is enforced β and the call falls back rather than processing data somewhere it should not go.
Separate retention clocks
Metadata, transcripts, and recordings expire independently, and deletion reaches the stored audio too.
A person is always reachable
Ask for a human, refuse recording, or raise something sensitive, and the call goes to a person β never a dead end.
